Thomas Personal Assessment Center: Independent Review

The Thomas Personal Assessment Center (PAC) provides a completely independent review and assessment of an individual. It is especially useful when objectivity is required whether to assess a candidate for a key position or to coach a current employee. A PAC independent review can support employers in assessing candidates, counseling non-performers, appraising key members of staff, identifying training needs, and understanding how to motivate individuals.

Conducted on a one-to-one basis, the Thomas Personal Assessment Center is comprised of a two-hour series of tests, including a personality test and ability test and an in-depth interview by a Thomas senior consultant.

Ultimate Review

Once Thomas International's senior consultant performs the battery of tests and an in-depth interview, we provide you with an objective and detailed report about that individual. This independent review eliminates bias and saves you time and money.

About the Test Batteries
The TST aptitude testing tool is used to test perceptual speed and accuracy; logic and problem solving; verbal reasoning; numeric aptitude; ability to hold information in memory; and spatial orientation.

With the Personal Profile Analysis personality test, we collect information related to the individual's behavioral style at work, their strengths and limitations and their motivators and fears.

The competencies might include some or all of the following: goal setting, communication skills, management skills, customer care ability, organization and administration, people skills, handling conflict, sales skills, decision making, personal qualities, delegation skills, problem solving, planning skills, time management, technical skills, self-awareness and training needs.

The Final PAC Report
In addition to a summary of the information and correlation of results, you are provided with the TST results, interview discussion, personal profile analysis report and competency data.
