HOW WE WORK 1. IN-HOUSE SYSTEM: for the franchises that have high volume profiling needs, we can provide you with a system that you can run in-house. We provide you with certification training and all the tools necessary to take complete control of the system. We also provide superior technical and consultancy support. 2. PAY-AS-YOU-GO: for the franchises that don't want to run the system internally, we can run the reports for you on a pay-as-you-go basis. You supply us with the name and email address of the candidate and we provide them with the questionnaire. Once the candidate completes the questionnaire, we email the results to you in PDF form. A Thomas analyst is always available to go over the results with you. 3. PAPER FORM: for franchisees with candidates that do not have Internet access, we provide a paper form of the Profile that can be faxed to Thomas International for processing. 4. SCRATCH FORMS: For franchises in remote locations, without Internet access or that move around a lot, we can provide you with a scratch-off self-scorable form for instant results. With this method the franchise doing the assessment is provided with a simple process to assess the franchisee on the spot. The process is tailored to your needs and one or all of these methods can be used. You can use a pay-as-you-go method for monthly invoicing or you can purchase your own system and pay-as-you-go.
