Team members are then guided by one of our experienced facilitators through a discovery of their natural behavioral style, other members' natural style and the natural style or culture of the team. Using the Team Culture Analysis report from the Thomas talent management system, team members are able to discover the ideal team culture to achieve their business goals. Team and individual action items are developed to align the actual team with the ideal team.
