All users must be certified to use and apply the Thomas DISC System and assessment tools responsibly and effectively within legal guidelines.

Training in our Thomas PPA DISC System includes guidelines on how to use the system within EEOC guidelines. We provide you with the training you need to use our DISC system completely in-house. We give you full control over the system through a secure online web account.

But we don't stop there! We offer you a toll free number for ongoing technical support in the use of our systems. In addition, our experienced consultants provide the facilitation when necessary and personal support in the use of our talent management tools.
