All users must be certified to use and apply the Thomas DISC / GIA Systems and assessment tools responsibly and effectively within legal guidelines.
Training in our Thomas PPA / GIA Systems includes guidelines on how to use the system within EEOC and Canadian Human Rights guidelines. We provide you with the training you need to use our Thomas systems completely in-house. We give you full control over the system through a secure online web account.
But we don't stop there! We offer you a toll free number for ongoing technical support in the use of our systems. In addition, our experienced consultants provide the facilitation when necessary and personal support in the use of our talent management tools. Each trained user is also given access to the our Client Resource Site, where you can find tools and resources to help you excel in your use of the Thomas Systems.
