The Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) assessment is a series of forced choice adjective sets requiring “most / least” responses in the context of work behavior. It is available online in 33 languages. The PPA has been independently evaluated by the world-renowned British Psychological Society (BPS), which has provided a Certificate of Registration to Thomas acknowledging that the PPA assessment meets all psychometric requirements for use as a psychological assessment tool.
