General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) enables you to quickly and accurately assess an individual's mental aptitude at work. The GIA system can be used at all levels of the organization and is appropriate for use in a wide variet of talent management applications. |
Developed specifically for the workplace, the GIA is an online battery of five short normed, timed assessments, designed from the knowledge of what makes mental tasks difficult. It is available online in 10 languages including US English, Canadian English and Canadian French. The GIA has high reliability and validity, and a deliberate feature is the equal opportunity knowledge requirement threshold to ensure minimal adverse impact. It is an indicator of an individual’s development potential - how quickly they can learn and retain new information and process mental tasks.
