Merle Ballaigues is the President of Thomas International Inc. (Canada) and Thomas International USA.  Thomas has a solid track record of business success and client retention. We are committed to ongoing growth of our business in North America with strong support from our Global office.  Our tools and systems work well within EEOC and Department of Labor guidelines (USA), as well as the Human Rights Act and Privacy Act requirements (Canada).  Our company philosophy is helping our clients’ trained users to use our assessment tools in their talent management processes, to deliver business results. Support and development of our trained users is a key focus to ensure that assessment tools are applied optimally to drive business ROI.  All our consultants and client advisors are full-time employees and are all trained and certified in our assessment systems.  We are highly specialized and experienced in work-based assessments and differentiate ourselves through superior products supported by a dedicated and knowledgeable team of employees. 

Thomas International Global Overview

Thomas International was founded by Dr. Thomas Hendrickson in 1950, he sold the global rights to the business in 1980 and the global business is headquartered out of the UK.  Globally, there are over 50 Thomas offices and 500 employees providing local support with the benefit of an international team supporting global initiatives.  This team is includes the Thomas International Board, an International Support Team, a team of Psychologists, Web Developers and Research and Development.
